Convenient location overlooking Samuel Beckett bridge & river; spacious, comfortable rooms, bright & clean, lovely bathroom/shower. Over lively pub downstairs but being on 3rd floor & very good soundproofing, in our opinion, so noise wasn’t an issue for us.

Nothing, was exactly as advertised (ie, no food on premises, check in at bar); would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Room was modern and very clean. Good location, car park across the street and walking distance to all the sites. Fantastic pub on the ground floor. We would definitely stay here again!

Always look to stay here when visiting Dublin. Really enjoy the accommodations & the pub below. Room was great, staff was excellent as always. Looking forward to my next visit.

Wonderful place fantastic pub downstairs atmosphere was brilliant. Was worried about bar noise in the room but there was non. Sound proofing fantastic. Customer service brilliant nothing was too much trouble. Location was ideal to be near the hustle and bustle but not on top of it.

In room 3 there was some slime stuff on the wall of the right window. Housekeeping could pay more attention to detail otherwise can not fault

Amazing property and location. Close to everything without the noises of the city.

Surfaces were a bit dusty, I don’t mind it but it’s a small five mins work to do this a bit more often.

It was over a pub and close to the bus route. Rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable.

Arrived early & no problem storing luggage safely upstairs. Staff very friendly in Bar downstairs & had coffee & our friends joined us later for drinks. Rooms lovely with all facilities & very secure. Thank you.

The room was clean and modern. and good value for money. The staff were excellent and met all of our requests.

It would be great to provide some bottles of water or some glasses in the room for water in the future.

It definitely looks classy and modern. But the dispensers (trash and soaps) were cheap and/or broken).
