The location, the Guinness and the accommodation were of the highest standard, but the jewel in the crown has to be the staff.

The room was spotless. There was plenty of space for our bags and to hang up our jackets. The staff were very helpful. The shower had incredible water pressure, and the whole bathroom overall was beautiful and modern

Quirky place with comfy beds and powerful shower. The pub downstairs is fab too. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Fantastic location and comfortable room. Great view; easy to use heater; toiletries available for shower etc

The only possible improvement would have been a second shower attachment (over-head instead of hose)

The friendliness of the staff and the location . Right beside Bord Gais theatre, short walk to 3Arena and accessible to city centre. We were able to park on the street as arrived after 6.30pm and just put a disc on the car next morning so really good value.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
There was a smell possibly because of closeness to the river in the room on arrival but once we opened window it cleared. It is above a busy pub and on the street so you can hear noise but that didn’t bother us and the staff more than made up for it. We will stay there again

Wonderful refurbished rooms. Pub downstairs is the best there is. Staff were fantastic and extremely friendly. We will certainly be back!

Great little room above a traditional Irish pub. Clean and comfortable with everything you need.

Fantastic room overlooking the river, really comfy bed and great shower. The bar was excellent and just around the corner from Witherspoons for breakfast and the theatre. Easy walk into town centre, busses are easy for the zoo and other key sights in Dublin. Highly recommend The Ferryman for your stay 👍👍👍👍👍
